I believe the rollers I'm looking for are stock #81-128. I already had the door off once last week to lube my old rollers (didn't work so well). How are the old rollers removed out of the opening? The wheels appear to be in the way.

Take a flat tip screw driver, place the tip of the driver to the base of the bracket, aligning the shank of the driver into the recess of the wheel. Apply a steady outward pull of the driver to disengage the wheel unit from the bracket. You can either reuse the bracket or pry that out and install the new complete unit. Take note: if the bracket is loose within the door install one screw, No Longer than 1/2" long, into one of the existing holes in the base of the bracket. You can send us pictures if you're still not sure about removing the roller.
