Hello, With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2920 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Comparison of the S380 and S385 balance shoes.

We do offer the 7/8" deep 15-029 bottom fitting but it would need to be a custom order since this shoe does not come with any of our stock options. To get started, we would need to know the number of balances that you need with the minimum being two. The 2920 stamp on your balance indicates that you would need 2920 strength options to support a window sash between 12-16 lbs. As long as the balance supported the window well up until now, we can go based on your original stamp code. With that being said, I would recommend weighing the window sash if you have any reservations since custom balances are not able to be returned for a refund. Dimensions for 15-029

We just sent over an order link and price quote for the four custom balances that you requested. Please keep in mind that we recommend replacing both balances at the same time since replacing one side can cause damage to the balances or the window itself. You can also purchase the stock top sash guides and weatherstripping by adding them to your cart along with the order link for the custom balances. As for your window glazing, we'd be happy to look into this as well but we would need to see an end profile photo of yours removed from the window. See the videos below to assist you. |
