Hi! Thanks for contacting us. I can't quite tell if your roller has a concave or convex wheel, but I think it might be concave. Look at our 23-064 to start and let me know if this can work for you.

I need to replace this roller for a 1995 Charmac door. I see from prior responses that you think 23-064 might be the right choice. However, I am concerned about the clearance between the back "wall" of the roller and the two small tabs (as seen in the third photo). Mine appears to be 6/16" (or 3/8"). Would 23-064 still work?

The 23-064 remains our closest match. The distance from the tabs to the front of the roller is a light 7/16". Yours 3/8", so it's a very negligible difference that shouldn't affect anything.
