1994 Crank for Florida home

Question

Need a right hand, white crank assembly to replace broken assembly. In pictures, distance from top hole to bottom hole is 5". (Hole dia. is 1/4".) Distance from top hole to offset bottom hole is 4 1/2". Arm length from casing to extension connection is 2 1/2". Offset extension arm is 2 5/8". Offset is approx. 1/4".  There is a U.S. Pat. No D-198,202 inside the case. Also a number RD. 1963. CAN
