We have a broken glass in the lower sash window of our modular home. I do not see how to remove the sash from the frame. Can you give me some instructions. the window was in a modular home purchased in 1995.

I'm afraid this information does not tell me what you have. Is this a hung window? If so, could you show me pictures of the sash itself? Specifically, I'd like to see one shot of the whole window, a picture of one of the top corners of the sash (we only need to see one, since it's probably symmetrical), and a picture of the balances in the side jambs if possible.
