1996 Crestline sliding patio door meeting rail weather strip

This is a t shaped bulb weather strip. The T flange is 1/4" wide. The bulb is aprox 5/16" tall and overall height is 3/8" I need one piece. If you dont have this size is there a replacement style that we can use.

I can't really tell from this angle, but how does the 58-135 match up? Look over the end profile dimensions and see what you think.
