1996 Pella Designer Series Casement Pro Line Window guide

Home Owner from Clarkston, MI

Recently when I went to close this window it would not close all the way and the inside bottom corner seems to be missing a part. Attached

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi there Cheryl.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's hard to make out the part shown here. Would it be possible for us to see photos of the whole part shown here? That may help confirm if this is something we can help with.

Hello,

I previously submitted a request to identify a part on a 1996 Pella window ref D331553 several days ago. I have some additional pictures that may help. I'm looking for the roller part and the plastic teeth guide for the inside corner of the window. Thank you Cheryl

Take a look at the parts related on this page for Pella casement hinges. They are left and right handed as viewed from the outside of the house. Review the specifications and see if they match what you need. We also have the 39-363 pivot plate and the 39-371 hinge shoe. See if these might be the only parts you need to replace.

Dave, is the Pella Hinge Shoe Pair one unit and you get both? Is one for the right window and one for the left? Do you have a video to show the removal of the hinge arm assembly, pivot plate hinge shoe and shoe pair? Thank you kindly, Cheryl

The 39-371 hinge shoes come in a pairs, one left and one right. To replace them in the hinge, what you need to do is squeeze the shoe and it should come out of the bracket.
