1-crank only
2-crank and cover (not sure how to get the cover off)

We do offer the 39-107FK handle and cover kit, which installs on an 11/32" diameter operator spline. Review the specifications below to compare to yours. If you're not sure, feel free to get back to us with a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
