1997 window replacement hardware

Question

House built in 1997 looks as if entire piece spring and track come as one asy. Windows are fixed uppers with tilt in bottoms. No manufacturer marking that I can find. Pic of sash lock also that I need.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement jamb liners with the naked spring balance system that you need. If you haven't already, you may want to try reaching out to the window manufacturer directly.

We may be able to supply a replacement for your sash lock but we would need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
