Visible markings should be in attached pictures.  These Hurd casement windows were installed when my house was built in 1999

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 39-253LB Dual-arm Operator. For a cover and handle, see the 39-375 or 39-451, depending on the style you prefer. For the track slider, see the 39-529.
