19" and 27" twist balance

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can provide you with a replacement for these tilt window spiral balances. Although, to confirm the right size, I'll need to know the diameter of the balance tube. It should measure either 5/8" or 3/8".

These balances also appear to be missing their tip color. That said, I'll need to know the exact sash weight for the balances you are replacing. Each color denotes a different weight range, so we'll need the weight to ensure the balance tension won't be too light or too strong for the sash weight.

Your window balances can be replaced with the S500-19 and the S500-27 non-tilt spiral balances. Since all of the sashes weigh 13lbs, you can use the red tip option for the replacements.

You'll need the 17-012 Bracket, #32 to replace the one connected to your balances.
