19inch Channel Balance

Question

I believe I have a 19inch (I measured already) channel balance..19? product code s775-19..will u bed blessed to tell me what type of shoe that is, I'm sending a pic from the bottom of the show size now.. I'm buying this for a handy man that will install for me..mines is broken.,I have no clue on what I?m doing and or the part terms..my handy man told me that my channel balance looks closed to this model.

You definitely need a channel balance, but I can't tell what you have. I don't know if the Series 775 is a match or not; I don't see the tell-tale "scoop" shaped shoe in your photo. Is there any way you can remove the balance from the window? If not, we would at least need a clear photo of the top and bottom ends of the balance. If there is a shoe or clip at the end of the clip, we would also need to see that.
