2 Block and Tackle balances needed

Hello, I hope you are able to help me locate or create these parts needed for a broken window.

36" Block and Tackle tilt window balances and shoe

Window weight 40 lbs

Visible markings are "36E" "BSI" and "PV", all stamped towards top end.

Top part with string has small screw hole to attach to window frame.
