Hello,

Is this a Swisco part? Do you have a replacement part number and is this part available? If so, can it be ordered through you, what is the cost, and how long will it take to get delivered to a Chicago area address?

12" length center of upper mounting hole to center of lower mounting hole

Thanks for posting. What is the orientation of the double hooks when extended? Do they both hook 'inward', like with the 82-239? Or do they differ in their direction? Let us see a picture with the hooks extending be sure.

I am sorry that I cannot post a photo of the double hooks extended as they will no longer extend. They both hook "inward" like the 82-239; however, I believe that the 82-239 is too thick. My mechanism is only 1/2 inch thick.

Hm. The 82-239 is 9/16" thick. This is awfully close. Could you confirm your mortise's thickness? If it was the correct mortise, you would have to re-use your old face plate.

Thank you! I think that the 82-239 is likely the correct part and I am able to use the old face plate! I will double check this later this evening. I truly appreciate your replies; you have been very helpful!
