Hey there! We have two broken locks on some windows that we couldn't find the manufacturer's mark on. Can you recommend something that is either directly compatible or a close match?

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but we'll need more information. Can you write out the installation hole center spacing? We'd also like you to write out the backset, which is measured from the center of the installation hole to the top edge of the lock.

Here are photos of those dimensions. There is also a mark that says MDC with the state of texas on it. Is there a left and right option for sliding windows?

Thanks for getting back to us. Our closest option would be the 90-278, which has the same hole spacing but the backset measures 11/16" as shown below. I'd suggest double-checking to see if something like this might work for your repair.
