What is the Width of your balance? 5/8"
Does the top fitting have Tabs? Yes
Does the bottom fitting have Tabs? Yes
What is the depth of the bottom fitting? 1"

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you have custom/special order balances that have a 19-041 top guide. The good news is, that we are able to provide you with the replacements.

Before, I get the order link made up for you, I'd like to confirm the shoe's measurements. Our balance top guide is typically used along with a shoe that is 1-3/32". Can you please double check the measurement of the shoe to confirm that it is 1"?
