2 bar hinge set
Hello there. We carry a variety of window hinges that vary in size. It comes down to dimensions. For instance, see the dimensions of the 10" 36-048 below, a very commonly seen hinge. Compare the dimensions below to your old hinge and let us know what differs. That will be what narrows down your options.
Also is there an additional part that mounts to the vent window that 36-048 would connect to?

I'm afraid I don't understand that question. I'm not sure what a vent window would be in this case. The video below shows you how this product installs, though, so hopefully that will be of some help.
Thanks for the Video. The picture attached is the hardware I need to replace on my vent windows. Left and Right Does Swisco have them? Please advise.
According to my records, That code you show there is very frequently related to an old, discontinued Roto brand hinge. It hasn't been made in some years, but the good news is that the 36-048 should still replace it. The design may be different but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then it should work fine. Just be prepared to drill new holes.
