Take a look at the 36-048 and 36-004-10 hinge sets along with the related videos on this page. Our hinges don't look exactly like the one in your pictures, but compare our dimensions to yours and see if these could work for your window. As long as your window is not too large and heavy, our hinges should work. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
