2 broken coils ?

Good Afternoon. I believe I have 2 broken coils. The first pick looks the same on both sides of the window frame. The second pic is a good working window - I don't even see the coils. The third pic is when I release the balancer ? Not sure of proper names. The last pic is where I tried to pry the top part of the coil out - and the plastic broke. I did not see a cutout or easy way to get both pieces out. The only part number I see is 5.365.638. Is there any hope that we can figure out the part number so I can fix this myself - I'm pretty handy. Thank you for any help you can offer.

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed, but the 17/32" thick 15-228 would be a good place to start.

If the specifications below match yours, you'd need either the 1/2" wide Series 160 or the 3/8" wide Series 165, depending on the size of the original coils. You'll need to locate the stamp codes on the original coils to choose the corresponding replacements. The compatible covers can be found under the related items section of the coil product page.
