2 casement windows, crank system doesn't work on either one

These are on either side of a picture window. The photos are showing the left window as you face it inside. The letters and numbers I see on the system are: EasyGuard, Truth, Made in USA, 20810, R30842. I think I need new parts, including the whole assembly and the crank handles. Can't find anyone to do this, so will attempt myself. Looks like trim removal the most difficult, according to your video.
