2 channel balance replacements

I'm afraid that the sticker you show here doesn't tell me anything about the balances used in this window. We can still help, but you need to remove an undamaged version of the balance and show me photos of it.

I specifically need to see the top end, bottom end, the stamp, and the hook or clip at the end of the cord. Please make sure that all relevant fittings are attached and undamaged, or else we won't be able to help.
