Hello,

The 82-080 does work with the 82-238 Mortis lock shown in your first photo but please note that it comes with the 82-108 mounting plate for installation, which I can't make out in your photos.

I agree that your second set of photos looks like a match to the 82-030 handle set and 82-226 mortise lock. Just make sure that the dimensions on our product page match up to yours.
