2 different pieces broken

Question

First image - Shoe (I believe) is broken on the top and bottom on two windows.
Second image - Not sure the piece but the bottom of the window I think that goes into the shoe?

I contacted the maker and they are stating they no longer have the pieces. The windows are only 8 years old and I need them fixed. Please help. Thanks.

The shoe looks similar to our 15-175 and the pivot bar looks similar to our 26-226, but you will have to remove them both from the window and compare dimensions to ensure that they match.
