This hinge slider is part of the overall casement/awning window hinge assembly. Unfortunately it is not sold separately. To further review, are you able to provide pictures of the hinge it came off of? From there we can confirm the correct style needed for your window. Thank you!

This is the best picture I have of the Hinge. I ordered 36-048 hinge set a few days ago. I believe it will be the correct size.

If the hinge track measures 10 inches long, the 36-048 should work for your window as it uses a similar hinge guide. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time. If you run into any issues let us know and our return policy can be viewed here.
