I think these need new track and rollers. jumps track and hard to roll.

I'm afraid I cannot make out what you have from these pictures. The track is similar to our 23-285, but the design is actually a little unique and I cannot confirm if this will work. I also can't make out your roller. Can you remove it and show us a picture of the whole thing out of the door in one shot?
