2 point locking system

We have a CGI exterior door purchase in 2017. It has a three point locking mechanism. The deadbolt is a part of the system that when you lock/unlock the deadbolt it pushes/retracts the bolts up and down. The rod going up has broken. Do you know which locking system CGI was using?

I'm honestly not sure if you can supply the part that you're looking for based on your description but we would need to see photos of the assembly to confirm. Keep in mind that most manufacturers use generic parts, so we can't determine the hardware used in your door based on knowing the brand alone. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the lock mechanism shown in your photos. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly since this assembly looks like it may be brand specific.
