2 point mortise lock for sliding door replacement or repair

Hi. I need help identifying and replacing an old sliding glass door lock that is sticking when locking. It's flush mounted in the door frame and 9 3/8" tall, with two screws about 8 13/16 inches apart and another set that corresponds to the handle screws 4" apart. I took the handle off and printed inside is Imperial USA Keynetic. The lock has two hooks that move inwards. It's in a marine environment and the hooks look a little rusty. The building was built in 1963 and this might be original. Thanks for your help.
