Hello, We'd be happy to help but what is shown in your picture appears to be just the inner housing of your roller. The rest of the roller is likely still installed in your door, which we'll need to see removed as well to confirm a replacement for you. That being said, since this is Allen Stevens and it sounds like you have a 1-1/2" wheel, you could consider our 81-278 patio door roller. You may want to remove your outer housing just to confirm that this could work. To remove and install the new roller, you will need to remove the sliding door and the bottom door rail. Unscrew the two bottom frame screws (1/4-20 machine thread) and use a block of wood and hammer to carefully remove the bottom door rail. You will see on the inside channel where the glass was that there is another screw (10-32 machine thread) that holds the top of the roller housing to the door. |
