2 weatherstrips for a Lee Haven door

I am in need of 2 weatherstrips for a Lee Haven door from the 1980s. Both are 36" x 80". Both doors have the bottom stripping worn away. The doors are in good shape and hate to replace. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
