We need to replace 4 of channel balances. Over-all length is 22". The metal part is 21" long. On one end appears to be a metal hook attached to a pulley system that goes to the spring. I did not see any of you illustrations with these numbers on it, can you help me?

That will help us confirm if you could use our stock balance or if they would need to be custom-ordered. Thank you!
The second photo is exactly what we needed to see. It looks like you can use the S395-21 (2030) stock balances for your repair. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
