I see you ordered the S385-21 with a "2020" option. Because you had "20 4" on your old balance, the spring weight code probably should have been "2040." Besides the spring weight, do the new and old balances look the same? If not, send some photos. Our return policy can be found here if the 2020 turns out not to work.
