I am just confirming you have 2 replacement window balancers. The original has 19-3 AI5 CMC 34 printed on it. I've attached a few photos.

Hello there!
We can supply replacements for this balance but it will have to be a custom order. What makes it custom is the blue clip and the way it connects to the spring; no stock balance of ours has this spring configuration. What I will do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time as well.

Any reason I can't just use a standard non custom balance? I was planning on replacing both sides anyway.

Our stock balances lack the same inner spring clip which affects the functionality of the assembly and window. Customers with the same balance have tried to use a stock option as a replacement but reported it ended up breaking.
You're welcome to try the Series 380 or Series 385 but this is just something to keep in mind.
