20 year old BSI window balances

I am in need of replacement window balances. The items pictured are labeled "27S B.S.I. MF 30" and "31DS B.S.I. MC 36" any help is appreciated.

Hello,
The 27S BSI 30 stamp shown in your photo is for the S770-27 channel balance to support a 30 lbs. sash. We offer 27E strength options for sash between 26-30 lbs. or 27F for 30-34 lbs. sash.
The 31DS BSI 36 stamped balance would be replaced with the S770-31 (31F) for a sash between 33-37 lbs. Review both balances and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
