Hi, I'm looking for replacement parts to Jeld Wen Windows. They are from 20 years ago. I do have the original order form for these windows that was purchased through Dixieline in San Diego California. Although they referred me to you as a site that would help me to identify possibly parts I need. My name is Claire

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a replacement for the latch shown in your second photo. We may be able to help with the operator though. Can you open the window and show us a clear photo of the operator's arms that move the window sash?

Thank you, Emily. I will send you a picture when I return to my home in two weeks. But I believe I did see the other part to that operator on your website. So I'm hoping that is the correct crank. Disappointed that you don't have that latch. Because that is a broken latch prohibiting me locking the window. Back to the drawing board!
