The 4 pivot shoes are broken as well as the top right tilt latch and will need jamb tool and lube stick.

See our 15-105 Pivot Shoe. Compare the dimensions and see if this matches what you need. For the tilt latches, see if our 26-243 and 26-244 match up. It would best to compare to an undamaged tilt latch removed from the window to be certain.
