20 yr old vinyl window operators, covers, etc

Hello,
We just purchased a run down house and have noticed that a lot of the vinyl windows are going to need either or both their operators and covers.
We cannot find any manufacturer names on the parts and would like to know what brand we need to buy.
I will send a couple of photos of what we have, hoping you carry what we need.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the 11/32" diameter opening of the 39-114L handle to yours. It looks like your cover is part of the base and may not be removable. We would need you to open the window and show us the arms that move the sash to confirm and compare to our inventory. Thank you.
