2001 Concord Double Hung window pivot bar

Hello,
I am hoping to replace a 2001 Concord Double Hung window pivot bar. Pics of the window label and broken pivot bar attached. Not sure if the picture is clear enough to read the numbers on the bar. The top # is 1582 and the bottom # is 4110. I look forward to your response.

Hi there. I want you to start by comparing your old pivot bar to our 26-369. So long as the overall dimensions match, you only need one of the old mounting holes that you used to align for this to work. Please compare and let me know what you think.
