2003 Certainteed single hung non tilt window

Looking for a replacement to original BSI 1/2" channel block and tackle balance non-tilt for Certainteed single hung window.
The metal portion measures 31 1/2"
and total length with plastic ends is 33".

Hey Mark. Can you confirm that this balance is stamped 31-6, and that the metal clip coming out of the bottom nylon shoe resembles our 62-108? If so, we can replace this balance for you, but it has to be custom made due to its unique design. I just sent you an email with a custom link to order a pair of these balances.
