Hello there, I've included a picture of the window's label. All of our windows are this brand and year, though some are different sizes. Your videos are super helpful, although I notice a difference between my window and the one demoed in the video about removing wool pile that seems to have no opening. Note where I've drawn arrows on my pics, there is a seam at a 45 degree angle that seems to block access to the pile on the outer edges of the back. There seems to be no way to get that pile out without cutting more extensively--dare I risk doing that? The top pile and the bottom foam bubble will come out easily--I did try. Additionally, there is pile along the outer sides closest to the room's interior. This seems similarly hard to access. Any tips on what to do? Many thanks--I'm very glad to have found your website.
