2003 Tilt Window Latches

The top piece is labeled "3B", the bottom piece is labeled "3A", the sliding piece doesn't have any markings. The house was built in 2003. It is hard to tell the exact measurements, but it appears that the top piece is ~2-3/8" long. It is just under 3/4" Wide (top view), and the part that fits in the groove of the window (underside of the top piece) is 9/16" wide. The entire latch is ~3/8" thick.
