2004 Pella Architect Series Double Hung

Question

Pella came by to service them and said they need lower balances.  They no longer carry the parts.  They suggested I reach out to you to see if you might have the parts. I attached a picture of the serial number. 34"x 64"

Thanks for reaching out! There might be a chance that we could supply you with the replacement balances needed for your window. Although, I cannot make any guarantees.

I am not able to identify them based on the brand or the photo of the window information, unfortunately. I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window to be able to determine if we can provide you with a suitable replacement.
