Greetings, my name is Jim. Can I buy a part from you to repair my windows locking action? It won't move the bar that engages the catches on the swing out window. I have attached pictures. I believe these windows were called the Windsor Dimension series. My house was built around 2004.
It's the left window that has the lever pointing down. It just flops down and is broken where it engages the locking bar apparently.
Please let me know if this is something you could help me purchase. I can try to find any additional info you might need.
