2005 Stanley closet doors

Question

I'm looking for the bottom roller replacements for older 2005 Stanley closet door rollers #4011(?) (3 pairs of them) AND their old plastic glides as seen on the pictures. The doors are hard to roll get hung up and stop. Actually, could it be that dirt has built up in the wheels, need cleaning and that's what is making them not glide well? Do I even need the white plastic glides, as two of them have broken off? Do you have a recommendation for closet door service in Los Angeles, CA if I need help?

Thanks for reaching out! To begin, the recommended replacement for your roller is the 23-041. It is not an exact match but will work as a suitable replacement for your existing Stanley roller. We cannot supply the plastic attachment that surrounds the wheel, although, other customers have confirmed that they did not need it for the installation. Look over the dimensions for the roller and compare them to your existing hardware to confirm that they will be fit.

There is a chance that debris in the track and on the roller could be causing it not to roll properly. However, you'll need to confirm that by cleaning the track and the wheel to see if they'll continue to function properly.
