2006 Milgard Window balancers needed (2)

Hi, I clicked on your Red "Add Photos" link above numerous times but nothing happened. So if you can provided me an email address to forward my pics to please?

Just need to replace these 2 damaged 2006 Milgard window balancers. Could not find them on your website as they're an odd measurement; metal rail portion ONLY is exactly 31.6" or 31.7" long not including ANY plastic parts.

Thanks for your help.

Also, I'm thinking these are starting to have issues because they've never been lubricated. What would you recommend I lubricate the balancers with? Thanks.

Hi there!

I'm sorry our part identifier is giving you trouble. You can email your photos to help@swisco.com with the reference number D329330.

Our balances come pre-lubricated. However, you can use white grease on the springs and silicone spray in the track for your existing hardware.

Thank you! We can help with this but we'll need more information since these photos only show the top fittings. Can you show us the bottom fittings as well? We'd also like to see a photo of the clip attached at the end of the pulley cord.

Great, thanks! We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 31-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend double-checking before placing your order.

Ok, yes, the metal part DOES measure exactly 31 5/8. I'd like to order 3 of these

It looks like you purchased the balance through the link we sent. Our minimum for custom orders is (2). Did you want to order 3 more? Please note that we always recommend you replace your balances in pairs. Pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new balance to wear out much faster as it'd have to pick up the slack for its older counterpart.
