2006 NUAIR WINDOW BALANCE

I need 2 window balances for a NUAIR window on a home built in 2005 with 1/2 inch channel width, 35 inch length and the following stamp: 34-9 CA2 CMC 4.

I think I need Series 380 or 385, but I'm not sure about the shoe size. Please advise.

Thanks for posting. Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, which are the appropriate shoes for the Series 385 and Series 380 channel balances. Note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?

My existing shoe is 1-3/32, so it appears I'll need the Series 385. What about my balance stamp 34-9 CA2 CMC 4? It doesn't match any of the "options" (i.e. 3410 thru 3450). Thanks.

You're right, 34-9 doesn't match any of our existing options. We will have to know the weight of your sash in order to determine the appropriate option to choose.
