2011 CertainTeed window not staying up on its own

Question

I have windows that were installed around 2011 CertainTeed type they are not staying up on their own there is a plastic piece in the vinyl frame that is not attached to the sash and I cannot identified it .

Can we see a photo of this plastic piece? It's hard to say what you're dealing with until we see it.
