2013 single hang window Alenco

I believe my window is made by Alenco. I appears to have a track\slider\assist? spring completely missing on the right side. I can go back and get pics if more are necessary. I have attached the labels at that are found at the top of the window. What parts do I need and do you have instructions on how to put them in?
