#202 window mechanism

A quick learner from FL says:

I need a white 202. Hm. Depot numbers begin in the 240s. This is a jealous window that was installed in my hm in the early 80s. I am not the original owner so I have no window info except the # inside! The handle won't stay in the mechanism, it screws out!

The patent # is 198,202 USA

The gears seems to be stripped in my old mechanism.

Hello! The gears are definitely stripped out, so you'll need an all new operator. We sell a bunch of different types, so there's a good chance we can supply a good match, but I'm not sure what to recommend based on this photo.

In order to find the best replacement, I'll need you to remove the  original operator from the window in its entirety. Then, take a picture of the link arm and show it to us. I'd also like one picture that shows all 3 screw holes in one shot so that I can make out the pattern.

It's important that the operator is completely out of the window before you take your picture of the link arm. There are too many obstructions while it's still installed.
