2021 double hung window locks

We replaced all our windows on our house in 2021 with Crestline windows. Some of the locks are not working. The washer that holds it together on the window frame are not holding the lock in the frame it so it will not turn out to lock into the other window frame.

We have at least 4 that are not working.
