dont know nothing about windows and trying to learn how to do my own home repair on a recent purchased home.
the window would be hanging on one side and when i took it off, i see that there is no spring and the clip at the end if broken.
please help me identify the part so i can do my own repairs. Thank you so much

Hello! We can definitely supply a replacement for this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to its configuration. Before we begin, can you remove the metal hook from the frame (shown in your second-to-last photo) and show me what it looks like? There's a certain detail I need to see that's obscured in that photo. I just want to be 100% sure.
Can you also tell me how many of these you need?
